Mitzi Rayner

Mitzi Michelle Williams Rayner holds a Master's Degree in Education from Cairn University and a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Child Studies from Montclair State University. Rayner currently serves as Center Director at New City Kids, a role commenced in August 2021, where the focus is on empowering youth through creative ministry and leadership. Previous positions include Associate Director at New City Kids, Site Director and Teacher at KinderCare Education, and Lead Teacher at Siskin Children's Institute, among other educational and community roles. Rayner's extensive experience encompasses developing and overseeing programs for children and seniors, managing curriculum, and facilitating social and educational activities.
