Ren Ross

Ren Ross has a diverse work experience that spans from 2006 to 2020. They started their career as an Army Enlisted in the 3rd Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) - Headquarters, where they served as a Human Resource Specialist and received commendations for outstanding performance.

After their military service, Ren worked as a Linguist and participated in joint training exercises with the 5th Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) - SOT-A, supporting Green Berets in an Unconventional Warfare Environment.

Ren then transitioned to the 5th Battalion, 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) - SOT-B as a SIGINT Analyst and Special Operations Team-Bravo (SOT-B) member. They were responsible for setting up satellite systems and providing near real-time intelligence to operations overseas.

In 2014, Ren joined Affiiated Real Estate Group (AREG) as a Project Manager and Senior Project Coordinator, overseeing commercial office properties, vendor contracts, and special projects.

Their most recent work experience was with New Directions for Veterans, where they started as a Housing Placement Specialist, conducting housing assessments and collaborating with landlords and case managers to ensure stability. They later became a Project Manager, supporting the development of Permanent Supportive Housing Units for homeless veterans. In 2020, Ren assumed the role of Associate Director of Project Management.

Overall, Ren Ross has demonstrated a strong background in project management, operations, and team coordination through their work experience in both military and civilian settings.

Ren Ross obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice - Forensic Psychology from Argosy University, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's of Science degree in Criminology at Regis University.
