Jessa Glover

Jessa Glover has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessa currently works as a People Operations Consultant at New Disabled South since June 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Chief Operations Officer at the National Association of Virtual Assistants starting from March 2020. In 2018, Jessa operated their own business, JGVA, LLC., where they were the Owner Operator and Lead Coach. Jessa also held the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources at One Georgia, Stacey Abrams' Leadership Committee from May 2022 to November 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Vivi Creation from October 2017 to March 2018. As an Assistant Store Manager at My Oreck Store, they gained experience from August 2014 to October 2017. In 2013, Jessa served as the Office Manager and Administrative Assistant at Unique Auto Appearance from June 2013 to May 2014.

Jessa Glover has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Information Security & Assurance from Kennesaw State University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Georgia Gwinnett College from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued Business Administration, Management, and Operations studies. Currently, they are enrolled at Cornell University, focusing on Women's Entrepreneurship, with an expected completion date in 2021.
