Cathleen Miles

Cathleen Miles possesses extensive experience in development and fundraising across various organizations. Currently serving as Development Manager for Institutional Giving at New Door Ventures since June 2019, Cathleen has successfully increased annual grant revenue and implemented innovative digital fundraising strategies. Previous roles include Gift Officer at Make-A-Wish® Illinois, where significant growth in grant and leadership giving revenues was achieved through strategic relationship management and impactful campaigns, including successful #GivingTuesday initiatives. Cathleen's background also includes positions in editorial assistance, copywriting, public relations, and operations management. Cathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Boston College, complemented by studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
