Dean Eastlake III

Dean Eastlake III has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Dean currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at New Energy Equity since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Engineering and Construction at the same company from May 2019 to November 2022. Dean also worked as the Director of Engineering and Construction from January 2018 to May 2019 and as an Engineering Manager from April 2016 to January 2018.

In addition to their tenure at New Energy Equity, Dean also worked as the General Manager at Energy Support Services from June 2017 to June 2021. Dean previously held the position of Engineering Manager/Sr. Project Engineer at Standard Solar - Leading the Solar Century from April 2011 to April 2016. Dean began their career as a Solar Design Engineer at Aurora Energy, Inc. from May 2009 to April 2011. Dean gained early experience in the renewable energy industry as a Solar Technology Intern at BP from May 2008 to August 2008.

Dean Eastlake III completed their secondary education at Urbana High School from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, specializing in Electrical Engineering, from Messiah University, which they successfully completed from 2005 to 2009.
