Tonya Morse

Tonya Morse is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate law and transactions. Currently serving as Senior Manager at New Energy Equity since April 2021, Tonya has held various positions within the company, including Corporate and Transactions Manager and Corporate Paralegal. Prior to this, Tonya worked at Laureate Education, Inc. as a Senior Corporate Paralegal and had several paralegal roles at law firms such as Thompson Coburn LLP, Gallagher Evelius & Jones LLP, and Hogan Lovells. Tonya's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Classical Languages and Literatures from Marymount University and the University of Maryland.
