Molly Rafelson

Molly Rafelson is a seasoned professional in program management and public relations, currently serving as the Program Director for Energy Storage at The Clean Fight since November 2022, where the focus is on accelerating the adoption of climate tech solutions for growth-stage companies. Previously, Rafelson worked at the Consulate General of Canada in New York as a Senior Trade Officer, aiding Canadian tech start-ups in the energy and environment sector. Experience also includes roles at Antenna Group and Eco Branding, where Rafelson implemented successful public relations and marketing strategies. With a Bachelor of Management in Environment, Sustainability & Society from Dalhousie University, Rafelson has developed extensive expertise in client relations, business development, and event management throughout a diverse career in the clean tech and renewable energy sectors.
