As Board Treasurer for Dreaming Stone Arts and Ecology Center, Rachel contributes to policy development and strategic direction for a non-profit focused on community resilience. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Operations Manager at VisionFund International, where Rachel directed the launch of a significant economic empowerment program across multiple countries, and as Chief Operations Officer at VisionFund Myanmar, where operations expanded significantly, enhancing the institution's impact on clients. With a solid background in program management and development across diverse organizations, Rachel's expertise includes crisis management, business development, and fundraising, supported by a strong academic foundation in business administration, divinity, and international development.
