Nicole Tong

Nicole Tong is a Senior Manager of People Strategies at New Engen, Inc., with previous roles as a People Business Partner. Prior to this, Nicole served as an HR Business Partner at NetMotion Software by Absolute, where responsibilities included positions such as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Nicole worked as an Administrator/Teacher at Brain Child Learning Center. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Washington, one in Chinese Language & Literature and another in Communication and Media Studies, both obtained between 2011 and 2015.
