Gretchen Preneta

Gretchen Preneta is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Physician Assistant at New England Cancer Specialists since May 2022. With a diverse clinical background, Gretchen has held multiple positions, including Hospitalist roles at Bridgton Hospital and Northern Light Mercy Hospital, and Physician Assistant at Maine Medical Partners Otolaryngology and Maine Medical Partners Neurosurgery and Spine. Additionally, Gretchen has experience as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of New England and as a Choral Director at Gray New Gloucester Middle School. Currently enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy program in Palliative Care at the University of Maryland Baltimore, Gretchen also holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies, a Master's degree in Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education.
