Allison Erickson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources and administration. Allison is currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer at New England Donor Services since January 2022. Their career also includes experience at Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from October 2005 to July 2009. In addition, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Caritas Home Care from 2004 to 2005 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2002 to 2004.

Erickson's early career included roles as a Human Resources Manager at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to 2002 and as a New Hire Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital from 1998 to 1999.

Allison Erickson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in business administration and accounting. Allison completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, between 1994 and 1998. Allison furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business from 2003 to 2005.

Additionally, Allison Erickson has obtained two significant certifications in their field. In June 2013, they earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Furthermore, in October 2015, Allison obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). These certifications demonstrate their expertise and commitment to the field of human resources.
