Rich Lawrence is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategic innovation across multiple industries. Currently serving as Group Marketing Director at New England Seafood since August 2016, Rich has held various leadership roles that include Category, Brand & Innovation Director, and Brand Director for Joii Sushi. Prior experience includes Head of Brand for Weetabix, where responsibility encompassed full P&L for a portfolio of iconic breakfast products. Rich's earlier career at PepsiCo featured roles such as Senior Business Development Manager for the Asia Pacific region, focusing on market expansion and product innovation, and Senior Brand Manager for Walkers Crisps. Additionally, Rich has experience with L'Oréal and Unilever, where brand management and customer analysis were key responsibilities. Rich holds a degree in History from the University of Birmingham and participated in The Marketing Leadership Masterclass in April 2024.
