Karine Tokhunts

Karine Tokhunts currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ka Foundation since April 2024 and holds the position of Senior Accounting Manager at New Fortress Energy since April 2021. In previous roles, Tokhunts was an Accounting Manager at Knotel from November 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing costs, audit readiness, and implementing accounting software for international leases. Prior experience includes positions at Etsy, as Staff Accountant for Global Revenue & Cash and Accounts Payable, and as Junior Accountant/Consultant at BDO Armenia. Tokhunts holds an MBA from the American University of Armenia and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a concentration in Accountancy and Audit from the Armenian State University of Economics.
