Lukas M.

Lukas M. has a diverse work experience in operations and logistics management. Lukas started their career as a Warehouse Coordinator in North American Breweries, Inc. in 2008, where they were responsible for coordinating shipping and warehouse activities. Lukas then moved on to Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where they held various roles including Warehouse Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Specialist/ Operations Manager, and Logistics Manager. In these roles, they focused on managing operations, implementing safety programs, and optimizing routing strategies. Lukas also worked as a Senior Logistics and Inventory Control Manager at Vita Coco, where they were responsible for logistics and inventory management. Lukas then joined Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. again as a Senior Logistics Manager, leading logistics operations across multiple sites. Most recently, Lukas served as the Chief Executive Officer at Merritt Properties LLC, where they spearheaded strategic business plans and drove year-over-year growth. Currently, they are working as the Director of Operations at New Fortress Energy, utilizing their skills in operations leadership and driving sustainable improvements.

Lukas M. completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies at the State University of New York at Oswego from 2006 to 2010. Lukas later obtained their Masters of Science in Management from Nazareth University from 2011 to 2014. Lukas M. also obtained a Certification in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution from APICS in May 2017. Furthermore, they hold a Private Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
