Phoebe Zhao

Phoebe Zhao is an experienced HR professional with over 17 years in human resources management, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at New Frontier Group since January 2022 and at United Family Healthcare (UFH) since June 2010. In the role at UFH, Phoebe oversees HR management for facilities in Beijing, Tianjin, and Qingdao, while previously holding the position of Compensation & Benefits Director, where the focus was on enhancing C&B policies to support organizational growth. Prior experience includes positions at Syngenta Seeds China as an HR Shared Services Officer and FESCO e-HR Service as a Recruiting Team Leader. Phoebe holds a Master's degree in International Communication & Media from Coventry University and a degree in Broadcasting and Hosting Arts from Zhejiang Media College.
