Jay Blackburn

Jay Blackburn is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently employed at New Glarus Home since December 2020. Previous nursing roles include positions at Ingleside Manor from September 2014 to December 2020, where Jay Blackburn also served as a Certified Medication Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant. Jay Blackburn briefly worked at Agrace in 2019 and the Rock County Health Department as a nursing student in 2019.
