Gord Simms

Mr. Simms has over 15 years of experience in mine operations across Canada. Most recently, Mr. Simms was the Mine Manager at Rainy River Mine. Prior to that, Mr. Simms held senior leadership roles in Mine Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Capital projects for Teck Resources, Taesko and Copper Mountain. Mr. Simms is a registered professional engineer (P. Eng.) in British Columbia Canada and holds a degree in Mine Engineering from the University of Toronto Lassonde Mining Institute, and a Master of Engineering (M. Eng) in Mine Engineering and Management from the South Dakota School of Mines.
