Erica Tracewell

Erica Tracewell is a Staff Attorney at New Hampshire Public Defender, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Erica served as a Student Attorney in the Prisoners' Rights Clinic at Northeastern University School of Law from June 2020 to October 2022, and contributed as a Research Assistant for both Professor Deborah Ramirez and the CPIAC Cradle to Prison Pipeline Survey Project. Additional experience includes legal internships at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, MIDDLE DISTRICT OF ALABAMA FEDERAL DEFENDERS PROGRAM, INC, and Prisoners' Legal Services of Massachusetts, as well as social work internships at Mountain State Justice Inc and the West Virginia Innocence Project Law Clinic. Erica holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Social Work from West Virginia University Eberly College of Arts & Sciences.
