James Pentuic

James Pentuic is a Staff Attorney at New Hampshire Public Defender since August 2023, with prior experience as a Legal Extern at the U.S. Department of Labor and a Summer Legal Intern at the same organization. James has also worked as a Research and Mediation Intern at the Texas Volunteer Mediator Association, contributing to projects aimed at connecting low-income individuals with affordable mediation services. Previous roles include a Social Media Marketing Intern at Grinnell College, where promotional materials for events were created, and the Interim Concerts Committee Chair, responsible for booking major musical artists. Additional experience includes a Research, Writing, and Advocacy Internship at the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation and a Legal Internship at the Kankakee County Public Defense Office. James holds a Doctor of Law degree from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grinnell College.
