Pastor Sylvia Earls

Pastor Sylvia Earls has a strong background in ministry and community service. Pastor Sylvia founded Elect Ladies Ministries in 1996 and served as the Founder until 2013. During this time, they also established the Elect Ladies & Gents Empowerment Prayer Line in 2010 and continues to serve as the Founder and Facilitator. Pastor Earls was also involved in the Mayor's Faith-Based Initiative in Philadelphia, where they served as a Minister from 2007 to 2013. Prior to their ministry work, they worked as an Office Assistant at Pennsylvania Hospital from 2005 to 2008.

Pastor Sylvia Earls pursued their education from 1990 to 1992 at the Rhema Bible Training Center. During this time, they obtained a Certificate in Pastoral Ministry with a focus on General Ministry and Pastoral studies.
