Tim Kingston

Tim Kingston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and environmental compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Dispatch & Noise Control Officer and UAV Pilot at New Hope Group since March 2023, Tim manages fleet systems, dispatch efficiency, and compliance monitoring for environmental authorities related to mining operations. Prior to this role, Tim was the Farming Operations Manager at Wilarene for three decades, overseeing various agricultural operations including avocado orchards and hydroponic greenhouses. Tim's earlier positions at New Hope Group included fleet management coordination and staff training, along with incident management roles at Rural Fire Service Queensland, where critical incident response was a key responsibility. Tim holds a Diploma of Agriculture in Crop Production, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and qualifications in Operations Management and Supervision.
