Stephen Carmel

Stephen Carmel is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the recovery and healthcare sectors. As the Founder and Chief Executive at California Prime Recovery since July 2016, Stephen has demonstrated leadership and vision. In addition, Stephen is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of OC Revive, and has held the role of Director of Program Management at Prime Sober Living since June 2015, where oversight of business operations has led to the establishment of a highly structured sober living environment in Orange County, California. Stephen co-founded New Hope Healthcare Institute in September 2021 and previously served as Marketing Director for Piikt App from January 2015 to January 2017, focusing on market expansion and marketing campaigns. Early career experience includes a role in private banking at Chase, enhancing customer relationships and financial service delivery from February 2010 to January 2017.
