Bernice Maldonado

Bernice Maldonado is a dedicated Civilian Police Advocate and Domestic & Sexual Violence Advocate at New Hope, Inc., where responsibilities include providing essential support, advocacy, and case management services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. With a history of collaborating with various agencies to meet survivors' needs, Bernice plays a crucial role in creating safety plans and assisting with emergency resources. Experience includes working as a Visitation Specialist at New Hope, Inc., and as a Recovery Specialist at Veterans Inc., where Bernice monitored clients' progress in substance abuse programs. Earlier roles as an Overnight Community Support Counselor and a Mental Health Worker provided strong foundations in client assessment and support.
