Will Groves is currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at New Horizon Bank, where he oversees various aspects of banking operations. With previous experience as the Chief Investment Officer at Virginia Community Capital and Chief Credit Officer at County First Bank, he has demonstrated strong leadership in the financial industry.
