Sofia Meistrell

Sofia Meistrell is an experienced licensed therapist currently employed at New Horizon Health and Wellness since December 2015, specializing in individual, child, and adolescent therapy referred through COT, DCS, or family initiatives. Previously, Sofia served as a lead clinician at Life Cycles Arizona from June 2014 to September 2015 and held multiple roles as a primary therapist at Sierra Tucson from March 2009 to June 2014. Sofia holds a Master of Social Work from Simmons University (1991-1994) and a Master's degree in Clinical and Applied Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
