Brett Podgorski

Brett Podgorski has accumulated diverse experience in maintenance and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as a Coating Maintenance Process Improver at NSG Group since September 2023, Brett previously held the role of Shift Manager Maintenance at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc from January 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Maintenance Technician at Valero Energy Corporation and as a Mechanical Technician at North Star BlueScope Steel. Brett began the career as a Millwright Apprentice with Millwrights Local 1090 from September 2014 to May 2018, establishing a solid foundation in mechanical maintenance and repair.
