Shannon Grace

Shannon Grace is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, client relations, sales, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Owner of The Graceful Healer since January 2024, Shannon offers energy and spiritual healing through various modalities including Pure Bioenergy therapy, Reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, and breathwork. Previously, as a Business Development Manager for New Horizons, Shannon managed 150 accounts on the west coast. Extensive experience in the recruiting industry includes roles as Director of Client Relations at Stratus Staffing, Legal Contract Recruiter at Lucas Group, and freelance recruiter at Grace Legal Recruiting. Additional sales experience encompasses roles at Dermabare Medspa and K&M Communications Services, as well as serving as CEO of Camelflage, a women’s apparel company. Shannon's career began at Spectralink Corporation as an Account Executive, where responsibilities included sales and prospecting across a significant territory.
