Rachel Spatichia

Rachel serves as the Manager of Human Resources at New Hudson Facades where she oversees all aspects of HR including benefits, compensation, employee engagement, and recruiting, across corporate initiatives. With a focus on employee satisfaction, she partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
