Frank Marascia

Frank Marascia is a seasoned water resources management professional with extensive experience in public community water systems. Currently serving as Senior Production Manager at New Jersey American Water since July 2014, Frank oversees all production activities. Previously, Frank held the position of Director of Water Utility for the City of New Brunswick, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional roles include Treatment & Pumping Supervisor and Water Quality & Regulatory Specialist at Southeast Morris County M.U.A., and Water Quality Supervisor at Elizabethtown Water Company. Early career experience as a Hydrologist with the United States Geological Survey and an Environmental Scientist at Langan Engineering complements Frank's technical expertise. Frank holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Geology from Rutgers University and Environmental Science from Stockton University.
