Lauren diBiccari is an experienced avian biologist specializing in bird banding and monitoring. Currently serving as Bander-in-Charge and Banding Lead at New Jersey Audubon since April 2021, Lauren previously managed high-volume passerine banding stations and supervised field technicians and volunteers. Earlier roles include Banding Program Coordinator at Klamath Bird Observatory, where responsibilities encompassed conducting research, managing monitoring stations, training interns, and participating in public outreach efforts. Lauren's extensive background also includes positions as Crew Leader at HawkWatch International and Lead Bander at various organizations. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Dartmouth College.
