John Cottone

John Cottone has a comprehensive background in IT and operations management. John started their career as a Network Administrator at Equity One, Inc in 1996. Over the years, they progressed to roles like Systems/Network Engineer at The Datastore, Inc and Senior Systems/Network Engineer at The Breaker Group, Inc. In 2013, they joined the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) as an Associate Director in the Business Division, where they managed Information Systems and provided end-user support. John later became the Director of IT & Operations at NJEA in 2022, overseeing network operations and support services.

John Cottone completed the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer program at Camden County College in 1996. John also obtained certifications in Cisco Certified Design Associate and Cisco Certified Network Professional from The Cisco Learning Network in 2000.
