John Tinelli

John Tinelli serves as the Manager of Operations Maintenance and Performance at New Jersey Resources since August 2022, while also holding the position of Performance Operations Supervisor at NJR Clean Energy Ventures since January 2018. Prior experience includes working as an O&M Technician at Gehrlicher Solar from July 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities spanned across managing thirty-two solar sites totaling over 85 MW, ensuring client communication and setting maintenance expectations, and overseeing system performance reporting. Additionally, Tinelli was the Plant Operations Manager at PPL Renewable Energy from March 2007 to July 2015, managing nine solar sites and a LFG plant. Tinelli holds an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from CHI Institute-Philadelphia and another Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance from the Philadelphia Wireless Institute.
