Regina Fitzpatrick

Regina Fitzpatrick is a seasoned librarian with extensive experience in genealogy and reference services. Currently serving as the Genealogy Librarian at the New Jersey State Library since May 2016, Regina specializes in overseeing a collection of over 18,000 items, creating web content, and teaching genealogy classes. Previous roles include Reference Librarian at Montgomery County Norristown Public Library and Assistant Reference Archivist at New Jersey State Archives, where Regina developed strong skills in archival processing and reference work. Regina also has a background in project management and customer support from work at Thomson Reuters and project archiving at Old York Road Historical Society. Regina holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Delaware.
