Tim Gokhman has extensive work experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Tim(ber) started their career in 2002 as the Managing Director at New Land Enterprises, where they oversaw development, property management, and asset management functions. Under their leadership, New Land successfully developed projects worth approximately $650 million and owned/managed a portfolio of 2,000 apartments and 200,000 square feet of commercial space.
In 2018, Tim ventured into the food industry and became the Owner of Crossroads Collective Food Hall, Milwaukee's first food hall. Tim(ber) played a pivotal role in the ideation and execution of the project, bringing together eight local chef-driven businesses and fostering culinary artistry within the community.
Tim is an active member of various professional organizations. Tim(ber) joined YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) in 2021 and became a member of the Hoan Group in 2016. Additionally, they are an Official Member of the Milwaukee Business Journal Leadership Trust since 2019.
Tim Gokhman attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 1998 to 2001, earning a bachelor's degree in Economics and Real Estate. In 2022 and 2023, they participated in the YPO Chicago Booth Seminar at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
