Shannon Walters

Shannon Walters currently serves as Chief of Culture Officer and is a member of the Board of Directors at New Life Centers, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Shannon held the role of Front Office Receptionist and Certified Administrative Dental Assistant at the Center for Contemporary Dentistry from October 2021 to February 2024. Shannon's extensive experience also includes over 30 years at AT&T, where roles included Manager of Lead Billing Operations in Finance and Customer Service Representative. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Chicago State University and has further education from Governors State University College of Business.
