Eric Hampton

Eric Hampton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within religious organizations and a school district. Eric began in 2013 as a Public Relations Coordinator at Rich Township High School District 227, where they collaborated with administrators and board members on premium projects, created and maintained branding and communications strategies, facilitated monthly meetings, designed marketing material, and participated in quarterly communication projects. In 2013, they also became the Senior Pastor at Arrow Church, a role they held until 2021. In 2021, Hampton served as the Executive Pastor at FREEDOM CHURCH MINISTRIES INC. Eric'smost recent position, starting in September 2022, is Chief Administrative Officer at New Life Covenant Church Southeast, where they manage daily administrative operations, serves as a liaison between staff and executive management, oversees new initiatives, and develops administrative policies and procedures.

Eric Hampton obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Eastern Illinois University in the years 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Master of Nonprofit Business Administration degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from North Park University between 2010 and 2012. Eric also obtained several certifications from North Park University, including Church Administration, Leadership, Nonprofit Governance, Nonprofit Management, and Organizational Leadership.
