Barry Berenberg

Barry Berenberg is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at New Mexico Mutual since March 2022, Barry previously worked as an Attorney at Walsh, Gallegos, Green, Trevino, Kyle, & Russo, PC, focusing on employment law and governance for school districts. Prior roles include general litigation at Modrall Sperling and the Law Office of Barry Berenberg, where Barry handled a range of legal matters, from real estate to consumer protection. Barry's early career also includes significant experience in engineering, with roles at Caldera Composites, Dynacs Engineering, and Los Alamos National Laboratory, along with a judicial clerkship with the New Mexico Supreme Court. Barry holds a Juris Doctor from The University of New Mexico School of Law and two degrees in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
