Cindy Mohler is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at New Mexico Mutual since April 2014, Cindy plays a vital role on the Executive Team, focusing on strategic leadership and market competitiveness for the leading worker’s compensation insurance provider in the state. Previously, Cindy held the position of Director of Human Resources at New Mexico Mutual, where responsibilities included talent management, employee development, and ensuring legal compliance. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as an Insurance Benefits Consultant/Broker at Dougher & Fridline, providing strategic consultation to businesses across New Mexico. Earlier in Cindy’s career, a significant tenure was spent at Molzen Corbin, where leadership as Vice President of Administration involved directing all administrative and human resource functions for the engineering design firm.
