Joan Hinterauer

Joan Hinterauer is a seasoned entrepreneur and transformation specialist with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the founder of Vision Carport, Joan develops solar carport solutions aimed at promoting sustainable energy use among municipalities and businesses. As a founding partner at #AdaptiveOrg, Joan contributes to a self-management framework, while also guiding organizations in agile transformation since 2015. Engagements include being an exploratory member of New Mittelstand and active participation in the BVMW, with a focus on social innovation through leadership-less management models. Previous roles encompass leading sales and marketing at Lohberger, along with founding initiatives promoting new work methodologies. Joan holds a degree in engineering and is a certified sustainability manager.
