Maike Buhr

Maike Buhr is a seasoned business strategist with extensive experience in customer centricity, marketing and business growth strategy, innovation, and digitalisation/change management. At Buhr Consulting & Advisory since September 2010, Maike has successfully led transformation projects for mid-size companies and start-ups. As a Senior Enabler at enable2grow GmbH since December 2018, Maike has worked on projects within the retail, fashion, and e-commerce sectors. Additional roles include serving as a Member & Co-Pilot for New Mittelstand since May 2022 and as a Start-up Advisor & Coach. Maike's previous experience encompasses senior marketing roles at L'Oréal USA and Spectrum Brands, as well as international marketing management at TV Miles International B.V. and Procter & Gamble. Maike holds Master's Degrees from both FH Münster and KEDGE Business School, obtained through the European Business Programme/Studies.
