Susanna J.

Susanna J. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2005 when they worked as a Staff Writer for Press Publications. Susanna then moved on to Inner Mongolia University of Technology as an Instructor in 2006. In 2010, they became the Coordinator for Bethlehem Urban Initiatives, followed by an Adult Academic Instructor role at Robbinsdale Area Schools (in Minnesota) in 2009. In 2018, they took on the role of Adult Literacy Administrator at Pueblo City-County Library District, and in 2014 they also became an Instructor and Deputy Director at American University of Iraq, Sulaimani. In 2020, they were Director Of Adult Education at Centro Romero, and in 2021 they were a UX Specialist at Centralis and an Online Instructor at American University of Iraq, Sulaimani. Currently, they are a Workforce Development Program Manager at New Moms.

Susanna J. is currently enrolled in a Certificate program in UX Design at CareerFoundry, which they began in 2020. Susanna previously obtained a M.Ed. in Adult Education from the University of Minnesota in 2011 and a B.A. in Journalism from the same institution. Additionally, Susanna has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, UX Foundations: Research, and UX Research: Lean Experimentation, all obtained in September 2021.
