Laura C. Holson

Laura Holson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and credit management. Currently serving as Managing Director and COO of Credit at New Mountain Capital since August 2009, Laura has held multiple leadership positions within the firm, including Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets. Prior to this role, Laura co-founded On The LAMB Sanctuary in February 2020. Laura began their career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley from April 2007 to July 2009. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School, earned between 2003 and 2007.
