Danny Sanchez

Danny Sanchez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with expertise in employee benefits and total rewards management. Currently serving as Human Resources Benefits Manager at New Narrative since December 2022, Danny oversees benefits programs, retirement plans, FMLA, PTO, and workplace accommodations, while also managing safety regulations and BenAdmin systems. Previously, Danny held the position of Employee Benefits Specialist at AssuredPartners from 2017 to December 2022, managing mid-large group accounts and leading the Employee Navigator software implementation. Additional experience includes co-founding Storify as a Senior Story Design Specialist, specializing in story-driven marketing, and roles in employee benefit sales and solutions representation at get-benefits, Inc. and Smarsh, respectively.
