Eric Nguyen

Eric Nguyen is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at New Narrative since May 2023. Previously, Eric held various roles in talent acquisition, including Talent Acquisition Partner at Xactly Corp, where responsibilities encompassed full life cycle recruiting and collaborating with senior-level hiring managers. Prior experience includes roles such as Corporate Recruiter at Nike, where Eric managed the recruiting process for Demand and Supply Management teams, and Professional Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems, focusing on IT positions for healthcare clients. Eric started in customer service and coaching, gaining early experience at The TJX Companies, 24 Hour Fitness, and in educational settings. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Activity & Exercise from Portland State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Chemeketa Community College.
