Freda Ceaser

Freda Ceaser, MSW has extensive work experience in organizational development, racial equity, and inclusion. Freda has served in various leadership roles, including as the VP of Equity Culture and Talent at New Narrative since 2022. From 2004 to 2022, they worked at Central City Concern, where they held positions such as Chief Organizational Development and Racial Equity Officer, Chief Equity Officer, Director of Equity and Inclusion, Director of Employment Services, Program Manager, Supported Employment Team Lead, Employment Mentor, and Employment Specialist.
