Jessica Rock has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the behavioral health field. Jessica is currently the Director of Behavioral Health Technician and Marketing at New Oakland Family Centers. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Care Operations and Program Director at Kennedy Care, where they collaborated with executive leadership to meet company goals and implemented new processes to streamline operations. Prior to that, they held positions at Griffith Centers for Children, including Division Director and Community Programs Director, where they oversaw the management and implementation of new programs. Jessica also worked at Seneca Family of Agencies as a Mental Health Note Consultant and held dual roles as a Lead Clinician/Therapist and Care Coordinator. Jessica'sexperience also includes working as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mercy Home and as a Senior Residential Counselor at Seneca Center. Throughout their career, Jessica has focused on improving processes, meeting organizational goals, and providing quality care to clients.

Jessica Rock completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2005. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco, which they completed in 2010. In 2004, they also briefly studied at UNSW, but it is unclear what field of study they pursued during that time. Jessica Rock possesses a certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. However, the specific institution from which they obtained this certification, as well as the month and year of its attainment, are unknown.
