Stella Knapp

Stella Knapp is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at New Ocean Health Solutions since March 2017. Prior to this role, Stella operated as the Owner of Stella Vee Creations from January 2015 to January 2022. Stella's earlier experience includes serving as a Business Analyst at GSTi @ CareCam Health Systems and as an IT Manager overseeing Business Analysis and Quality Assurance at ARAMARK, where responsibilities included leading business analysis deliverables in the Higher Education Information Technology group. Stella also held the position of Business Architect/Analyst at MISI at Merck & Co., Inc., focusing on mobile and browser-based applications for brand marketing. Additionally, Stella worked at LegalEdge Software in various managerial roles related to business analysis and technical support from January 1991 to January 2010.
