Dr. Omar Andujar has a strong background in administrative and compliance roles. Dr. Omar began their career as a Purchasing Manager at Community Renewal Team, Inc. in 2008. Dr. Omar then moved on to roles at New Opportunities, Inc. as a Compliance Manager and later as Chief Administrative Officer. Dr. Andujar also worked at the University of Florida as Director of Youth Compliance Services before becoming the Assistant Director for Education and Development at the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Omar Andujar completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supervisory Management from Western Connecticut State University in 2008. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Innovations from Post University in 2010. Dr. Andujar went on to earn a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Connecticut in 2021. Additionally, they hold certifications in Instructional Design Principles, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace, Designing Your Hybrid/Blended Course, and is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
