Charlotte Logan has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the financial and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Mortgage Services at New Peoples Bank, Inc. since November 2020, responsibilities include mortgage loan processing, managing documentation, and coordinating closings. Prior experience includes a position as a Mortgage Processor at TruPoint Bank from October 2014 to November 2020, and a Sales/Marketing Assistant at Ceramic Technology, Inc. from May 2005 to October 2014, where duties involved customer service and administrative tasks. Charlotte started a career in financial aid as a Clerk at Southwest Virginia Community College, assisting students with FAFSA and tracking scholarships from September 2001 to June 2004.
