Sam Adler

Sam Adler is currently the Managing Director of Development at New + Found. Prior to this role, Sam served as the Vice President of Leasing and Development at The Staenberg Group. With extensive experience in development-related activities such as strategic planning, site selection, entitlement, and project implementation, Sam also has a background in property acquisition and disposition. Beginning as a Leasing Representative at THF Realty, Sam is a graduate of Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
